"I just wanted to follow-up with you to let you know that I am doing really well. It's been 4 years and I no longer sleep with a noise machine or earplugs. I can actually go to bed and fall right to sleep with no noise! No more rapid heartbeats. No more feeling anxious if one of the kids wakes up. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can get back to sleep. I can lay down in bed and just rest and not have my mind race. The constant anxious nagging has finally subsided! The funny thing is that I guess I was READY for that book and was able to do those exercises easily but if I had tried them 5 years ago, I wouldn't have been able to do it."
